Microsoft Photo Story 3.0 is an excellent graphic tool designed by Microsoft themselves to create, manage and organize your own photo albuims, and whose principle attraction is the creation of albums animated in WMV from those photos.



Once these photo animations are done (to which you can add background music) they can be saved to other devices to be distributed, or they can be played on Windows Media Player. There is a wide range of optimization tools; retouching, filters, effects and additions, to do to each photo that makes up the album, or only on static photos in a normal album.
